Maz’s latest stand-up special, The Birds and the Bees, is now streaming on YouTube, adding to a stellar comedy legacy. Known for his role as the lovable “Fawz” on CBS’s Superior Donuts, he’s also appeared on Grey’s Anatomy, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Shameless, and more.

He starred in and co-wrote the award-winning Jimmy Vestvood: Amerikan Hero and has featured in films like The Interpreter, Descendants, and Friday After Next. His comedy specials include Netflix’s Immigrant and Showtime favourites Brown and Friendly, I Come in Peace, and I’m Not a Terrorist, But I’ve Played One on TV.

Maz is a regular on NPR’s Wait Wait… Don’t Tell Me, a TED speaker, and once introduced Michelle Obama at the White House.
